Why is it a Mess?

What image do you have in your mind when someone talks about mess?

Most likely, it's just too much stuff and cluttered space.

Psychologists confirm that clutter significantly affects our stress level, even if we don't notice it ourselves.

I invite you to join me in cleaning up the single mother's mess. Not only mine, but also many mothers who have their own internal messes that are difficult to clean up.

If you know what I mean?

I would like us to work together and gradually, without stress, organize this chaos that doesn't serve us and only detracts from the joy of being a woman and a mother. I would like to sit down with all the mothers and women who feel lonely or isolated in their lives, trapped in the mess caused by life situations and decisions that life has brought or that we have made ourselves. Sometimes this clutter has accumulated over the years, and sometimes we didn't even realize it existed until we began to feel how it affects our reactions, feelings, and actions towards the world around us. It started to wear us down and worry us.

Messiness can stem not only from our own habits but also from allowing others to invade our space without objection or setting boundaries. Sometimes, we fear rejection, lack of acceptance, or abandonment, often stemming from childhood experiences. So even if everything appears beautifully clean and organized on the outside, our inner space may be in such disarray. These are the feelings I have about my internal clutter. That's why I've decided to tidy up, even though it can be difficult at times, especially alone, but it definitely pays off.

Happiness comes when we begin to recognize our internal mess, seeking, learning how to deal with ourselves. However, it's tragic to ignore ourselves, to blame everything and everyone, to fall into existential pessimism, and then into a downward spiral... depression, addictions, self-destruction. I'm glad the time for awakening has come. Because tidying up around us is supposed to improve our mood and restore positive energy. One could even say that cleaning is a remedy for all evils :)
